Real Color Solutions began in the spring of 2004, inspired by the rich disciplines of business strategy, graphic design, technology implementation and document/image management.

About Russ

Russ Nail, the founderof Real Color Solutions, is an accomplished graphic artist and marketing director with more than 15 years of experience. At the end of a long and storied employment history with Kinko's, Russ had attained the position of Sr. Engineer of Print Systems Development, through promotions from other positions in the Kinko's Organization, including: Technical Support Specialist, Assistant Manager of Technology, Sr. Output Specialist and Graphic Artist.

In June 2003, Russ completed a Bachelors of Science degree from the Food Science program at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (CalPoly), and was a finalist in the 2003 Institute of Food Technologists Collegiate Food Product Development contest. Russ is also an avid gourmet cook and panoramic photographer.
